We were on the 6 floor and the room was great, cleaned and restocked to a high standard with nice little extra touches. Stayed here for 3 nights, cannot fault this hotel, in arrival greeted with a cool drink checked in promptly and cases brought quickly to our room. Thank you for the wonderful stay ans hoping to come again soon!… Every request or query was handled promptly and with utmost professionalism, leaving no room for anything less than a delightful experience. From the concierge to the housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. What truly sets Dukes apart is the exceptional level of service provided by the entire staff. The beach was also good but there were warning signs of jellyfish so I was a bit afraid to stay longer in the sea. We enjoyed the lazy river and infinity pool while enjoying panoramic views of the Palm. The hotel's facilities were also impressive. The menu was extensive, offering a perfect blend of local and international flavors. We had breakfast and mediterreanean dinner buffet and i must say it wan an amazing dining experience at the Great British Hotel restaurant. Just had the trouble of adjusting the AC but it’s just minor. The bed was comfy and the bathrooms were warm and cozy. The room we stayed in was exceptional, featuring an old english style décor but with all the modern amenities one could ask for. we got a room upgrade! Mansour also provided me with useful information about the hotel's amenities and gave me a useful list. The check-in process took a bit of time (considering it was Eid) but low and behold.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect, leaving beautiful memories, which will make me come back again.
